Performs all bookkeeping job duties in the absence of other finance office staff; Prepares and distributes 1099’s; Responsible for cash flow and reconciliation to General Ledger; works directly with the Billing Department on patient and insurance refunds; operation of the agency’s accounting software; daily backups; security of the check signing machine; assists in bank deposits; enters and audits cash receipts; monthly bank statement reconciliations; and prepares and processes bi-weekly retirement contributions.

Assists the CFO with insurance reimbursement audits, denial audits and follow-up;

monthly credit balance reports and annual audit preparation

Experience or degree in accounting preferred.

Must have strong computer skills, demonstrate speed & accuracy in typing and entering figures.  Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.

CCFHS has part-time and full-time positions available for an RN, LPN or CMA to work in our Berlin and Gorham, NH offices.

The staff nurse shall assist the medical provider in the provision of comprehensive primary care services. Responsible for managing, tracking, collaborating and coordinating patient health care needs including: medical, behavioral, oral, emotional, etc. with an emphasis on the whole patient.

Must be available to work some evenings and weekends as applicable.

Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination of care for patients with behavioral health conditions and tasks of MAT Coordinator when not available.

Experience in behavioral health and/or

Medication Assisted Therapy Services a plus.

Position available to work 40 hours every other week with Dr. Bem at our Pleasant Street office. Some evening and weekend shifts may be available.

Responsible for greeting patients; triaging and directing telephone calls, inquiries, and enrolling patients for services; updating patient demographics, insurance information, consent for services, personal contacts, HIPAA information, etc;
