RN/LPN or CMA - Berlin/Gorham, NH
Float Nurse positions (part-time and full-time) are available in the Berlin/Gorham area.
Valid CMA certification, LPN license or RN license required.
Partial Duties include:
- Organize and complete documentation.
- Keep flow of clinic structured and on schedule.
- Counsel clients on anatomy and physiology, health maintenance and other health care issues.
- Maintain and record applicable client information in electronic medical.
- Assist medical provider with procedures and serve as a chaperone.
- Maintain clinical tracking for client services.
- Actively participate in the development, implementation and evaluation of each client’s plan of care.
- Set up clinic rooms and organize flow of clinic.
- Clean laboratory/exam rooms and instruments after client visit.
- Replenish supplies and order medical supplies as needed.
- Dispense non-prescriptive medication/contraceptives per pharmacy guidelines.
Some evening and weekend shifts may be available – shift stipend/incentive for weekends

Bookkeeper - Berlin, NH
The bookkeeper is responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records for the organization, perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data, assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations, manage accounts payable process, including invoice processing and payment scheduling. They also process journal entries and maintain general ledger accounts, monitor debits and credits to ensure proper recording of financial transactions and assist with tax preparation and compliance activities.
24-32 hours per week
Part-time and Full-time positions eligible for benefits.
Medical Claims Specialist- Berlin, NH
Responsible for processing and maintaining records on the status of all medical billing. Keep current with procedural and diagnostic changes through reading, education, workshops, and telephone conferences. Must keep abreast of Medicare, Medicaid and other third-party payors rules and regulations and be aware of FQHC idiosyncrasies. Denials – Works on problems of ICD-10 or CPT errors, incorrect payer information gathered from insurance remittance advice forms. Inquiries – Resolve problems of incorrect denials, payments, adjustments, or any problem needing written resolution. Refunds – Processes third party payer refunds. Submits request to Finance and then forwards check to appropriate payer.
40 hours per week
Part-time and Full-time positions eligible for benefits.
Team Coordinator- Berlin, NH
Responsible for greeting patients; triaging and directing telephone calls, inquiries, and enrolling patients for services; updating patient demographics, insurance information, consent for services, personal contacts, HIPAA information, etc; posting payments, co-pays and other related tasks as assigned; and working with clinical teams to address patient services and satisfaction.
Must be available to work some evenings and weekends as applicable.
40 hours per week
CMA/Team Coordinator- Colebrook, NH
CMA/Receptionist
Provides clinical support to providers for the health, wellness, and disease management of patients to maintain quality patient care. Responsible for greeting patients; screening and directing telephone calls, inquiries, and enrolling patients for services and working with clinical teams to address patient services and satisfaction.
40 hours per week
