📢 Important Notice: We’re Upgrading Our Electronic Health Record System
We are excited to inform you that our practice is upgrading to a new, more advanced electronic health record (EHR) system: athenaOne by athenahealth.
This transition will take place on January 27th, 2026 and is part of our commitment to improving your care experience with better access, faster service, and more secure communication.

🏥 What This Means for You:
✅ Improved Access to Your Health Information
You’ll be able to view your health records, lab results, and medications through a new patient portal.
📅 Streamlined Appointment Scheduling and Self Check-in option
Enjoy easier scheduling and appointment reminders through email or text. **Please note that you may receive additional reminders (from both systems) as we move to the new system.
We will also have a pre-appointment Self Check-in process available (can be completed up to 7 days prior to the appointment)
💬 Secure Messaging
Communicate directly with your care team in a secure and HIPAA-compliant way.
💳 Simplified Billing
You’ll receive clearer, redesigned billing statements and have the option to make payments online. Please note:
• Statements for patient balances prior to January 27, 2026 will continue to receive statements in the familiar, legacy format.
• Statements for new balances created on or after January 27, 2026 will feature a redesigned statement that is both easier to understand and optimized for digital payment through athenaOne.
