We’re excited to announce that our practice is transitioning to athenaOne by athenahealth on October 28th, 2025! This upgrade is part of our commitment to giving you better access, faster service, and more secure communication.

View your health records, lab results, and medications through a new patient portal.

📅 Streamlined Appointment Scheduling

Enjoy easier scheduling, appointment reminders via email/text, and a pre-appointment Self Check-in option (available up to 7 days before your visit).

💬 Secure Messaging

Communicate directly with your care team in a secure and HIPAA-compliant way.

💳 Simplified Billing

Receive clearer statements and make payments online. (Balances prior to 10/28 will use the old statement; balances on or after 10/28 will use the new statement.)


🧾 What You May Need to Do:

Enroll in the New Patient Portal
You’ll get an email or text invitation with instructions. The old portal (EZ Access) will remain active during the transition.

Update Your Information
Confirm or update your contact, insurance, and medical history at your next visit.

Bring ID & Insurance Card
Required for your first appointment after the upgrade.
